hey guys well i read the first 20 pages then skipped to here i gotta few questions 1st off i have never astral traveled i have only tried a few times and then my mind would wander off to something else then i'd fall asleep but my dad is the first one to tell me about it he hasnt done it since he was in high school but when i researched it a little bit and told him about it he tried it and did it only he said thathe could only really get a few feet above his body then would go back in and he did this four times in a row when he used to do it he would actually fly aroujnd and stuff anyways i was just wonder if it was true that you could get into others dreams and influence them while astral traveling and that you could heal yourself and time travel and space travel and if any of you have done this did you see aliens on other planets oh and one more thing do those tapes that say they take you astral travelin in 20 if you listen to them actually work?
