my dad is the one that turned me on to astral traveling he used to do it years ago any ways ive tried a couple times to AP but i havent been able to stay focused ; i will focus on astral traveling but then my mind will wander and i fall asleep lol also i have alot of questions heres a few

1) is it true you can physically heal yourself while APing

2) if its true you can space travel then have you ever gone to any other planets and seen aliens?

3) is it true you can time travel? if so are you saying i could go back and check out dynosoars?

4) is it true you can go into and influence others dreams?

2) yes i havnt gotten far back out into space without Being pulled back into my body tho, more practice
