My bet is he/she saw grey clouds and heard thunder and thought "I think it's going to rain", and then....IT STARTING POURING WITH RAIN.

I don't know if this is any certain gift or ESP. But I think I can hear my soul. I was always afraid of silence because to me it was the loudest thing ever. I had it my entire life. It was like a deaf tone. I layed down recently and started to listen to silence. It is more noisier than a cafeteria if you listen. And very difficult to understand. During the deaf tone, I'd hear it rise in volume and at that volume, a lower tone would come in and pulsate a little and go away. Then the deaf tone drops in volume to normal, and it happens again but in different sequences. To my understanding is that my soul is rapidly changing in size and shape. Quite honestly, I'm surprised I am still alive if that's whats goin on. I also noticed that anything in my life with chance invloved, I would be thinking of something that could happen and it never happens. Which is the reason why I don't have a girlfriend because I'm always expecting it to happen. It is also to my advantage too. It prevents a lot of bad things from happening to me. I've also noticed that this weird thing can alter peoples' minds and what they say. Now, its not what happens, its what doesn't happen. When I think of something, you can garantee it isn't goin to happen. And most of things I do want happen at surprising times when I'm not expecting it. I think the irregularity of my soul is causing this... If this is an ability, it is called the "Jinx ability" look it up at dictionary.com I just need help to correct it. I think of it as a magnet that lost its polarity due to an external distortion effect. I think it was when I was baptised.

Could be just bad luck? I know whenever I watch my favourite football team play, they NEVER win.

I haven't heard of the "jinx ability" but I will google it to find out more. However, if nothing else, maybe you could use this to your advantage... ie. think of Bush staying in office.

I've been aware of my ESP for a while. And I want to develop it more, but I'm to lazy.

I would suggest you doing is. Doing some research on it. Go to sites that have like tests & stuff. ^^ That's all the advice I can give you.

I dont believe that you can change peoples free will in any way. I think that you need to try some meditation exercises, so that you can search deeper inside yourself, so that you can test your theory about "hearing your soul". What do you mean by irregularity of you soul? I dont believe that your soul is like a heartbeat, i dont think that it can be irregular... Please explain furthur. Plus, give examples on when this, Willing it to happen and it doesn't stuff occurs, please.
