Hi everyone, I'm brand new to the forum and I'm loving it

I wanted to tell you one of my stories so maybe you could help me figure out what it was I saw.

When I was about 10 yrs old, my mother and I were stuck in traffic in Tucson, Az. I looked out of the passenger seat window and saw something floating forward about 5 feet above the traffic. It was spherical and had some lights on it. It seemed that the two even halves of the sphere where spinning in opposite directions. It traveled rather slowly.

Have any of you heard about something like this?

I am only to assume that there were many many people that saw this considering that you were stuck in traffic.
What did all of them say it was?

I'm sure other people saw it, but no one got out of their car in amazement. I'm sure the people who saw it did something similar to what I did..

I looked at it float by for 5 seconds then turned to my mom and asked, "Did you see that thing?" she said no and I dropped it.

Sooooooooooo.....no one else got out of their cars to get a better look?
It must not have been interesting enough for them.....maybe a balloon that got loose or something with the sun reflecting off of it making it look like it was spinning.

I can understand jumping to skepticsm because this forum probably gets a lot of new posters spouting off lies just to get a reation.

I'm not one of them.

I just wanted to tell my story to see if anyone else has seen or heard of the same thing.

I didn't "jump" to skepticsm".
I asked obvious questions ...stuck in traffic.....no one else reported it .
All legitimate questions and easily answered if its true.

Maybe I took it the wrong way.

one can only speculate, doesn't sound "alien" to me in the ET sense. What was its texture?

Unfortunately since you were 10 when you saw it and no one else with you saw it, there is no way to know what it was. That fact that you were 10 leaves a lot of room for speculation that it was something mundane that a 10 just had no experience observing.
