This is not earth-shattering news, but fellow lovers of horror fiction will appreciate this if you didn't already know about it. I read the first "Audrey Rose" book when I was about 10. My parents clearly should have encouraged me to have healthier interests. Anyways, I never knew there was a sequel until I was browsing in my local used book store today and found it! If you're a horror geek like me and didn't already know about this you will feel the same excitement I felt. It was originally published in 1982 ( yeah I know I'm about 25 years late picking up on this, babies have been born and had their own babies since then), it's called "For Love of Audrey Rose," and the author's name is Frank DeFelitta. Good reading I'm already 200 pages down, it's all I've done all day being sick and confined to the bed.

I remember that film! You saying there is a book sequel to it, I wonder if they will make that into a film, although I suppose if they were going to do it, they would have done so by now.

Rose Red has nothing to do with AUdrey Rose. Rose Red is a piece of Stephen King fiction.

Just to clarify and since I like to read books a lot, what is Audrey Rose about anyway?

I just saw this movie on TV the other day....the book is much older than 1982....

the movie was ok, but i was never into Dwarves and poisend apples

also never a big fan of Bob Barker, i wonder if he will be in the sequel
