The first pic was taken in Camp Verda, Arizona. The second is in Puerto Rico. If its been posted before, sorry but oh well. What are your opinions on these?

Second one looks like a still from a video camera with horizontal interference.
First one could be anything

The first one looks like nothing, maybe some hairs onthe camera lens...the second one looks like it was animated, but I can't tell!
