The " Dog" Duane Chapman was arrested Sept. 14, 2006 by U.S. marshals and is free on $300,000 bail. He has been aggressively fighting extradition, which the Mexican government requested from the Bush administration.
Secretary of State Condoles Rice could also not decide to extradite bounty hunter Chapman to Mexico.
But in December, state department officials said in a letter from 20 congressman about the Chapman case "was on Rice's desk" but not yet read by Rice.
Chapman's capture of Luster catapulted the Honolulu-based bounty hunter to fame and led to the A&E reality series ``Dog the Bounty Hunter.''
Luster jumped a $1 million bond and disappeared during his trial in California's Ventura County on charges that he drugged and raped three women.
The disappearance set off a national and international manhunt by police, FBI and bounty hunters trying to recoup some of the bond money. Luster is now serving a 124-year prison term.
Chapman said he was never paid for Luster's capture.
The Mexican emigrates can cross our boarders on a daily basis, illegally. To steel American jobs, but they don't return the favor when it comes to American citizens. Terrorist could also be crossing those same boarders everyday from Mexico with an atomic bomb for all we know.... The National Guards has no ammunition in there weapons. The Boarder guards cannot return fire, if fired on. What the hell is our government thinking. What are they doing about all this ,nothing?. Get tough on the boarders or let the minute men clean house on these criminal.
If the Bush administration wont do there job arrest them and send them to Mexico. Start arrest government officials for destroying America right along with the C.E.O.
Don't get and education in America, you don't want to become a Criminal Executive Officer (C.E,.O). They will give your job to a foreigner anyways so don't waste your time or parents money going to college. The Mexican can also get credit cards from the bank of America with out social security cards to go to our colleges get degrees and take your job.
