Who here remembers jumping up from the chair holding their fist to the sky and uttering that immortal theme song:

ANd this day and age of Global warming, terroism, war, no undies (or hair) on britney Spears, and poverty
we need to look towards or friendly blue guy (not papa smurf)
WE need Captain planet Back we need to fight pollution and global warming and the best way to that is to tell our future generations how it stands.
So lets bring back the Cap. And turn this world around

Man i miss that show

Yes bring it back!

Although it had quite an annoying tune which I will propably have stuck in my head for the rest of today...

I used to watch that show. Then I grew out of it. >.< Shortly before growing out of the show, I thought it was corny.

I recognise some of the characters in the picture, and I recognise that stpuid theme.... but I just can't remember anything about this show.


Action Force/G.I. Joe was the best cartoon of the 1980s anyway

I always used to watch this as a kid. But my God that show was sooo cheesy now that I think about it. I wouldn't want it back.

The only good thing about this show was that Tim Curry did one of the voices for the bad guys. Otherwise it was super-duper lame. Just smoke a ciggy and you could defeat him. blah

only saw it a couple times, and the commercials... hated it worse than Gem: She's so outrageous.

It would need some serious updating if it was brought back.. It was very cheesy, a definite product on the 80s.. Speaking of which, Thundercats was the best show on the 80's!

Actually that show was from the 90's....

While there was a pro enviroment message I always thought that cartoon was lame. The original X-Men cartoon was the bombdigity though....
