Personally I think this guy was a few fries short of a happy meal if you get my drift.

I read some of it, but was not impressed. The observations have no science to back up the theroys he promotes.

For electro gravitation look up the 'lifter', a light balsa frame that use's a jacobs ladder to max out the voltage and make it float through electro magnetic stimulation.

Seems a bit old-school quasi-science.
