Faith in God means you have complete and utter faith that God will answer you. Not only that but the complete and utter understanding that God is capable of EVERYTHING and ANYTHING. There is NOTHING God cannot do. Pray with faith and you will be answered, try it.

There's one other little thing you need though, LOVE FOR GOD. No, I mean REALLY love God.

And don't think there is anything you cannot ask or anything you cannot talk to God about. God created everything he understands everything. Talk to God, like you would your own father. As it is said 'Have no father but Me'.

Maybe you're thinking of Matthew 14:13 or 14.



Notice however, that it's not whatever you desire, it's whatever you ask for if you are trusting God for it, and are in His will.

You can ask God ANYTHING.

You are given free will.

There are some religious philosophies that think god is conditional in whom of his children he favors. It always follows however, that those that think that are also proud to be among that number, as they say that about everyone else.

God said he sent his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. It wasn't a matter of preference from god, in that passage of John 3:16, it was a matter of faith in christ and as such was suppose to offer salvation for all. Consider, Opee that if you believe in god you're already in his will else you would never have been born, from that spirit of god.

Opee! Any realtionship to Ron Howard? Just for future reference, I would suggest a cool tool that would help you find scriptures. Strong's or Young's makes a couple of Concordances that you may find beneficial.
