Everytime I go to try and open my iTunes, it won't allow me to. A message pops up to tell me that it will not open, which leads me to this site: LINK
How do I fix this? If not, is there another free program that can download music and videos onto my iPod?

You should be able to just uninstall Itunes and then reinstall it. That should solve the problem.

If it doesn't, and Itunes is EXTREMELY important to you, just backup all your files and reinstall windows. That should definitely solve the problem. Just remember to BACK UP your files first!!!

Hmmm. I'd say that there is a program on your computer that is interfering with Itunes' ability to execute. I;d suggest running a virus scan and spyware scan. Spybot search and destroy is a free spyware utility and AVG antivirus is a free anti-virus utility.

If that brings no results, run system restore and restore your system back to a date on or before the problem with Itunes' came up.

If this still brings no results, I'd suggest calling Apple or emailing them. You should be able to get some answers from them.
