could someone please explain reiki to me, simply please, it sounds interesting.

Hey pigmonkey,Im not an expert but i'll tell you what little i know.Reiki is using an energy called ki energy to heal.Its believed to heal physical mental and even spiritual problems.The energy used is "universal life force energy" is also known as chi.Reiki treatment is given using the "laying of hands" placing hands on the client.Energy flows from the practitioner healing the client.Thats all i know,hopefully someone will come along and give you a more detailed description.

hey everybody, last night i tried some of this reiki stuff on myself to see if it works, well i have back pains and i tried did all the stuff the guides say ad omg i felt great i don't care if it a was a placebo or it actually worked but it felt great now i'm gonna try and learn as much as possible about this so i can perform on people and stuff ^^
