Hi.

I've been having a problem logging into the chatroom.

It seems that everytime I try it freezes as soon as I have logged in.

I was wondering if the applet has been updated to keep proxies out all together.

I have had minor problems with the chat room for quite a long time but this is the first time I have been unable to log in at all.

Is anyone having this same problem?

I have tried logging in from several computers and they have all had problems, the only similarity between them being they all ran through the same proxy.

Anyway I hope that you can help with this and if it is a larger problem then I hope it can be solverd ASAP...

To the best of my knowledge the chat room applet hasn't been changed, do you get any error messages on the applet when it freezes ? Does the same thing happen regardless of the browser you are using ?

Yep it happens in both Firefox and IE.

And no error. It just freezes and in my Java panel it throws an exception.

I am more or less sure that its due to my own proxy however but I thought I would bring it up incase others had a similar problem.
