Is this a bug or a software feature? I'm not allowed to edit any of the profile fields unless I enter my entire birth date. I don't feel comfortable with doing that, but I'd feel like I'd lied if I entered a false birth date.

Feel free to use whatever date you wish...we will forgive you. I personally use the day and month, but not the year. It isn't a big deal. If you looked at the birthday list on january first there were tons of people... just do whatever makes you comfortable and don't worry about not having the exact birthdate...

Is there no way it could be changed so that you didn't have to put in a birth date at all.

I tried filling in the month and day and leaving the year blank. It wouldn't let me do that either.

You can just set the year to be 1900, or 2000, or anything like that. It's not important unless you want anyone to know your birthday. Make it up...I did.

Let me rephrase what I said earlier. I used the correct birth day and month but choose 1907 or some such...
