Wait a minute, I know what this is about. This is about the verse that says that all nations will have the gospel brought to them.

Here it is. Mark 13:10"And the gospel must first be published among all the nations." Mark 13:26 "And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory."

It's regarding Jesus' prophecy about the conditions that would indicate that the time of His return is near.

On this point, I think you're right. To me it sounds as though someone is either worried, that the end times are coming, or extremely excited, and want's to see how far away it is. Either way...I feel that this would be interesting to find out just how many nations DO publish the bible.

I think none. The bible has been translated into more then a hundred languages. Unfortanetly, each translation is different =p The scandanavian has the brackets in the English excluded. Well if it makes a difference, Muslims believe Christ is coming back too, but there are several other things which have to happen before that (other prophecies) . Of them were the U.N sanctions put on Iraq after the gulf war next are sanctions on Syria. There are prophecies which already happened such as cars, TVS, air plains etc all happened. Also the anti Christ or known as Al Dajal in Arabic has to come too so that Christ will defeat him. After that you have Gog and Magog coming out. And them getting defeated too.

Many Asian countries forbid the Bible, and imprison those who are found in possession of a Bible (and woe betide the one who is caught distributing them). At the very least, these countries would not have a published Bible.

That being said the bible is available free on the internet in every country that has a computer. The gospel is now available to the public word wide.

Even North Korea allows Christianity, they have Christian churches. I do wonder about the internet though. I thought I heard on the news that a few countries didn't allow access, or had put in filters of some sort. I don't know if this extends to the internet Bibles though.

I'm not sure how available the Bible is to everyone. There are many people who don't know how to read and don't have access to electricity, let alone the internet, or they may be too busy worrying about finding drinking water and enough food to eat every day to be concerned with reading the Bible, especially when it's highly doubtful that they have one at all.

Just because the Bible says all nations will have the Bible and the Bible is published in most nations doesn't mean Jesus is coming back soon or even that he is coming back. That's one prophecy that has come true. He got lucky on that one. What about all the other stuff the Bible says is supposed to happen? I haven't seen too much of that stuff come true.

I didn't read anything in there [Mark 13] about the Bible, the Bible isn't the Gospel, it's a book that was written by men that contains mainly religious events deemed important. It is scripture, but the Bible is not the Gospel.

If we're really in the end times as the Bible says then where is the false prophet?

According to the Bible the false prophet is supposed to convert everybody to his religion except for a few Christians. That hasn't happened. There isn't a prophet converting the world.

There are supposed to be two witnesses that are supposed to preach to the world. That hasn't happened either.

For the Bible to be accurate there is a lot of stuff that has to happen before Jesus returns.

A lot of the prophecies nobody can even figure out what they mean because they are so cryptic. If God wrote them then he didn't want anybody to understand them.

I don't know why you think Jesus will be coming back soon. Jesus isn't even coming back because he was a false messiah. He didn't even fulfill the prophecies for the Jewish messiah. The apostles misquoted the Hebrew scripture when they claimed he did.

EVERY symbol in Revelation is explained in the Bible in some way shape or form... Revelation has over 600 references to the OT... so if you know where to look... it makes perfect sense... nothing cryptic about it to those of us with "eyes"

Move the Book of Revelation to the day of the Cross and Armageddon will go with it, and the Great Battle of God Almighty will be on a Cross at Golgotha, and Matthews "It is Finished" will be "It is Done" at Armageddon. Then the Earthquake seen at Both. End times was the day of the Cross. The day as three pictures, Seen as 3 unclean spirits till they are fulfilled and made Truth.

The Book of Revelation is seeing the day of the Cross made as 7 time periods, shown as 3 pictures. God doubles twice to ESTABLISH His words as seen in Genesis 41:32 with Pharaoh’s dream.

Only the day of the Cross will fit Isaiah 30:26 when God heals:

The Second picture is as 2 12-hour periods seen as 2 witnesses in Revelation. So the Sheep enter the Kingdom prepared for them from the Foundation of the World, and the Lamb is slain from the Foundation of the World.

So together with Christ’s dead Body they arise, like a swarm of Locust, and their lifting up is as smoke. Those without the Seal or who do not know God, they will hurt when they tell them of the love and Mercy of God, They are by Heaven’s gate, speaking to the enemies at the gate who do not want to go in.

Jesus had to take sins willingly, Past and present sins ended “With His stripes we are healed.” Then Jesus takes future sins to get the keys to death and hell or makes the tree evil willingly, so He can get into hell and take them all out, So where Jesus was going, (Hell) they could not follow, For hell ended the third day, When He made and end of sin, and brought in everlasting righteousness as Daniel 9:24 shows.

The Seal in Daniel 9:24 kept the Disciples and Paul, and Even Jesus said the Father had SEALED Im, from seeing sin ended as Accountable to man, it was paid in full at Golgotha. So for the Overspreading of Abominations (all future sins on Christ) He shall make it desolate, or Jesus had to die, The Abomination of Desolations spoken of by Daniel.

Then the Consummation:

Daniel 9:27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

The MIDST of the Week is the fourth 6-hour period from noon to sunset as Jesus died and ended the Daily Sacrifice once and for all time.

So the Consummation is poured upon the Desolate or dead body of Christ with mankind in that Body “Together with My dead body shall they arise.” Even though we were healed, still being human, Christ died for us when He took our future sins.

This left a lot of Revelation unaddressed. But a lot was addressed. More then enough to show a view of the day of the Cross not seen by the Church, or at least not accepted.

Christians have no idea what a lot of the prophecies in the Bible mean. They are just guessing as to there meaning.

Go to the following website to find out how the apostles misquoted the Hebrew scripture. He explains the whole thing. It is worse than them misquoting it. Christian Bibles have been mistranslated. Christian Bibles don't match the Hebrew scripture. That's why the Jews rejected Jesus, they knew he wasn't really the messiah.
