Submitted by MJ12 Mason: A baffling device which resembles a satellite or Unidentified Flying Object (U.F.O) has landed in a rural area close to Buulo-Burde town, 220km north of the Somalia capital Mogadishu, eyewitnesses told Shabelle radio on Monday. Villagers report that the device had fallen in a remote jungle area, some 40km north of Bulo-Burde, killing one camel. No experts have reached there to find out exactly what the object is. The unknown object is sitting on an area of one 100 meter square as people grew more concern over the device that it might explode or contaminate the area. The device is said to be intact and not broken as it gives alarming signals. No one knows where the satellite-like device had come from. “In the evening of last Wednesday, a large device flew over us and some time later, we heard a big sound, BAM” said Ilyas Ali, a villager who lives nearby where this large device has fallen.

Poor camel.....
Imagine if it fell in a populated area or on someone's head......Then we would know quick smart what it was

.......Imagine the lawsuit if it was proven to be NASA's.......

The camel had learned too much had to be dealt with.
Sounds interesting. Would a satellite (like a communications one) be giving off 'alarming signals'?

Yeah, i was trying to think of something that is Earth like and that we know about (not black project). I dont see a need for communication satellites or such things to have alarms on them

LOL ^^
I think that most sattelites have lights and beacons but for it to be heard broadcasting a strange language then it becomes a bit fishy.
Could be anything really... until better reports come in its hard to say.

I guess you could say that was the "straw" that broke the camel's back!

But seriously, it's too bad none of these villagers have a camera to take photos and possibly show it online.

I imagine its some kind of US gadgetry......could be spy satellite, malfunctioning weapon (missed its mark apparently) or whatever. If the US gets there first we'll never know for sure.

Unmanned aerial vehicle--was my first thought.
Given that no witness could be found yet it might not be true at all. But that would still be an unexplained mystery: How are people like those villagers led to believe in such a thing, when they only know it from hearsay?

This one's for the "Skeptics". If they claim it's a satellite or some other normal object, they better take pictures AND video of it while it's still laying there. If they don't, they have NO reason to get alarmed when people don't believe them.
I have a feeling IF it is a UFO or something odd, it'll be covered up.
EDIT: What the hell??? Is this made up or a cover up? How would we know the difference?
