Mainstream Media attacks Rosie on O'Reilly, Hannity & Colmes and Scarborough, amongst others.


On Hannity & Colmes, Rosie is portrayed at the bottom of the screen-- during an onslaught of insults-- as a firey demon billowing smoke. Also, guest Bill Cunningham calls O'Donnel
a "demented gay slob", and then proclaims at the end of the segment, "I love Guantanamo. I love Guantanmo" after criticizing those who compared the torture at Guantanamo Bay with the Nazis.

Joe Scarborough's guest Danny Bonaduce calls for Rosie to be 'hung as a traitor'

The O'Reilly Factor plays the 'insult & injury to the troops' card and claims O'Donnell has no right to be 'irresponsible' on TV, and calls for ABC to fire the outspoken Rosie.

Excellent and true. But demented souls like 'Rosie', whatever lifeform that is, serves well to discredit the conspriracy movement, and augment the growing backlash against the 911 conspiracy ilk. Good.

However, a small correction regarding the premise...O'Reilly and Hannity are not actually mainstream media.

I thought you guys had freedom of speech, so she says her piece and you wanna hang her, what about Charlie Sheen he said it also, do you wanna hang him also.

I don't want to hang her, nor do I want to hang Charlie Sheen.
I think it was Danny Bonaduce who said that.

We merely take an opportunity to comment on how dumb she is (and Chaelie Sheen as well, while we're at it). Rosie O'Donnel is a loud mouth moron, but being idiotic does not qualify her as a traitor. Bonaduce is reducing himself to a place close to her level with such a statement.

After all, it's that fringe right wing section of the populus that talks about the death of Bush and Cheney all the time. They're not getting arrested for that, but they do say it.

They're allowed, and as I pointed out earlier, are also entitled to the results of their moronic comments.

Frankly i belive the towers were a controlled demolition, exactly what reason im not sure but they were losing money and the insurance payoff was far better than the sale price,
but we will probably never really know for sure.

As long as people continue to "believe" that the WTC tower collapses were the result of a controlled demolition (and you are correct...the reason for such an incredible and heinous act is completely unknowable), rather than the result of structural failure of one floor and a chain reaction collapse, as thousands of tons fall upon a floor below which cannot support such a force, and thus makes that floor collapse, increasing the accelerating mass into subsequent floors below...( a chain reaction, which is completely susbstantiated), those people will never actually know.

I got reading about this far into her quote before I began to tut and closed the browser window.

Jeez, what is the big deal. Rosie is an easy target because she's an over-weight loudmouth lesbian who isn't afraid to speak her mind. I commend her for speaking out on the issues she finds important. If you're sick of hearing about Rosie, how about complaining to the mianstream media who needs to focus on REAL issues like the thousands of people displaced in Iraq, Poverty in the US, struggling healthcare..etc. The list goes on.

The problem is not Rosie running her mouth every morning on the view, or in her blog; it's the "news" media's fault for focusing so much on it, and making it an issue when it isn't.

Oh wow, another hollywood celebrity against the war and the president. Lets focus on that for a while and turn away from the atrocities happening at home and abroad.

The problem is that her attitude is repulsive. I am tired of entertainers thinking they are experts. She is an idiot.

Never seen her View show....never will. She is near the top of a long list of hazbeen hollywood entertainers, too long to post here at UM. These leftwing so-called celebrities are media darlings, have diarhea of the mouth, and I never patronage their movies or concerts. I wish the media would not report on their rants, it only inflates their already huge egos.

FOX et al were FORCED to address Rosie, because they had no
choice. She is on national television, whereas they can easily keep certain people off the air.

Again I'll ask:

Do you think the media had preknowledge of the government's plans to destroy the 3 buildings on 9/11?

All it is, is an opinion. Rosie's opinion is that this 9/11 thing was made up, your opinion is that she is repulsive, so what? Don't watch The View! And if you cant avoid her on the mainstream news, write them a venting letter and tell them how they need to concentrate on real issues
