Thanks to companies like Cyberkinetics, that has made it possible to communicate with electrical thought, we now can examine the possibility f communicating with out of body people, who also have electrical thought. i'm not sure if it was the same company... but they have a special on discover channel which shows people being interfaced with computers... and remote controlled rats... i don't remember what show it was on... it's either

it was on one of those shows...
as far as us communicating with "future" people... the one problem with that... is technically the future hasn't happened yet...but it could be possible since time is relative...
as far as going backards.... there are only two theories that i know of that would allow to travel back in time... both of which require us moving faster than the speed of light... and slowing down time... neither of which sounds like it will happen anytime soon... (unless
