Okay.. I know.. I know... Chris Angel "Mindfreak".... but still .. how did he do this illusion???

****Not for the weak*****

Youtube video

*****Side note --- of course there is a logical explanation and an obvious one... but it's so much fun pretending to believe this stuff!!! LOL*****

This is the most obvious one he's ever done. There are multiple takes. In one take you see the half-woman crawling away and there's no cameraman near her. Next you see an upclose shot with a camera-man's shadow next to her. Then it goes back to the no camera man shot. And as for how they get a half-woman, notice when she's crawling a way there's a lump on her back. It's just a very short, skinny girl with their legs curled up. And believe me, television magic is not at all beyond using actors, multiple takes, and special effects.

looks more like he faked to get the small girl to lay down.
Then he said shes to short but got a ladie whos actually got a real half body or something xD
but to be honest i nearly freaked out.

Criss does not use some sort of magical power, as he himself has stated. This is how it's done, according to LearnStreetMagic.com:

Anyways, here's the secret to Criss Angel’s trick: the lady was an amputee. Having a hard time believing that? Go google, “Rose Siggins.” The lady on the bottom is a contortionist (bent over, hands on legs). The amputee sits on top of her and the two are held together by straps, clips, magnets or something. Note how the lady is conveniently wearing a black dress that would disguise where the two people join. Of course, some post editing would have concealed anything that might have been flashed.

The amputee is obviously an amputee, as she does an amateur acting job, as well as running (well, arming) away for some reason, rather than seeking help to get re-attached. Plus, how is it that a normal person has that much upper body strength and that smooth movement while arming around with half a body for the first time. Case closed.

Criss Angel is my idol happy.gif .......Ive masterd a bunch of his "tricks"...........

hewa, this is most likely fake, however, your theory of it being 2 people is improbable unless you add camera trick to the theory. There is no way, logically, that the bottom half is a person, even if he/she were flexible as all hell. There is asbolutely no room, no matter HOW you bend yourself, to hide your upper body in that small area. Look at the bottom half when they are seperated!
Please Explain
Ey Zero...that is two people performance.
The lower half is a contortionist, the body was bent forward.
Look carefully on the video.

OMG....I never saw that coming..... ohmy.gif After the initial shock, I realised that the top-woman was an amputee but I didn't pick up on the bottom half being a contortionist......I thought it was a mechanical robot of some sort..... unsure.gif

At first, I thought he was gonna make her levitate or something.....Great trick though.... thumbsup.gif

There is plenty of room, the amputee is a particularly wide woman, obviously the contourtist is very thin, as most of them have to be, I suggest you go see Cirque de Soleil and then repost.

yeah it takes about 5 seconds beyond the initial shock to surmise the trickery at play here, but it IS the initial shock that makes Criss an excellent entertainer (imho) .........B

Look in the circle... The human body doesn't bump and buldge like that.
