Neither Denmark nor Norway has a prohibition on sex with animals, as long as the animals do not suffer.

On the Internet Danish animal owners advertise openly that they offer sex with animals, without intervention from police or other authorities.

As long as basics like shelter, feed and care are in place, and injury or suffering to the animal can not be documented, there are no other ways to attack an animal bordello under existing Norwegian law.

It could be that the animals don't really care. It is in the nature of the case that animals will often be victims of injury, stress or suffering in connection with sexual acts with humans. Either that they are held fast, or frightened, or suffer pain or physical injury.

A new Norwegian Animal Protection Act is underway and there have been proposals, from the Norwegian Animal Welfare Alliance among others, that sexual intercourse with animals must be forbidden.

Germans, Dutchmen, Swedes and Norwegians visit the Danish bordellos, and a web site devoted to bestiality claimed that many of Denmark's animal sex clients stem from Norway.

While I have nothing against having sex with animals in principal if that's your bag, as I tend to think people are far too judgmental when it comes to others sexual preferences. However, I don't agree with this because a human can not have two way communication with an animal so therefore the animal can't really consent or deny to the act. As non consensual sex in the case would cause some degree of physical injury to the animal.

Soooo disgusting!! I mean, I know that some people have really weird and gross fetishes. But, whatever. To each his own. I say all is fair in sex as long as it doesn't involve children or animals and no one is getting injured against their will. That's just my opinion. Clearly though, this involves animals and they are getting injured or they wouldn't be going to the vets. Also, people are getting injured too. There was a story in the news just last year about a man dying from internal bleeding after sex with a horse at one these "farms". Let's just say he uh, was um.....I'll let you do the math.

I really hope they outlaw it. It's just not healthy. People and animals getting hurt. Also, you do have the risk of introducing a new venereal disease into the human population. I remember learning in a health class that Syphillis originated from people having sex with sheep.

Okay, on one hand I'm all for people expressing thier sexual desires. SM and other unusual fetishes don't really bother me. But on the other hand, I like animals, and I don't know what I'd do if I knew someone was having sex with one of my pets. I think I'd cry.
