Is it similar to this?
We need more information, how much larger or smaller is it than a normal wolf, what details make it more distinctive to be monstrous, has their been any accounts of this cryptid or valid facts?

White wolves are not and should not be classified as a cryptid animal. A true cryptid falls into one of the follow categories, an animal that is presumed to be extinct, an animal that has mythical origins and /or animal that lacks sufficient evidence to prove its existence.
What you need to be looking for is information on nothing more magical than the Grey Wolf. The Grey Wolf comes in a variety of colors, grey, brown, black, and yes including WHITE. While these colors tend to mix amongst the packs giving us the multicolor coat we associate with a wolf, it is not uncommon for entire packs to be one color ( all black or all WHITE). The Grey Wolf's range expands much of Canada(including Ontario), Alaska, Minnesota, Wisconson, and the Upper Penninsula of Michigan. Even if you claim that these are unusually large wolves, it is not impossible for the Grey Wolf to reach weights of 170;the largest Grey Wolf on record weighed 175 pounds.
Please do not call this animal a Cryptid as it has never been extinct and there is obviously plenty of evidence to suggests that it is real.
Just my thoughts, I doubt this is the Artic Wolf as its range is approximately 1500 miles North of Ontario.
