Sometimes when im dreaming something weird happens to me. It occurs when im bout to wake up and i know im bout to wake up. But suddenly i cant move its like im awake because i can hear whats around me but im also still in my dream but im frozen stiff i cant move At ALL. One day it happened to me and a ghost was on top of me but i can hear my mom in the front making breakfast and i was trying to call for her but i couldnt and then suddenly i just jumped up out of the blue. its crazy i was wondering if it happens to other people out there.

Lol so your mom was making breakfast at your bedroom? I'd say you were just still dreaming or maybe sleep paralyze or something like that. Don't know the right term for it.

'Tis sleep paralysis. You couldn't call to your mum in the kitchen because you were paralysed. You jumped because your body pulled your astral body back very quickly. Don't worry you aren't going mad and yes it does happen to quite a few people
