Some kind of foam that a truck left behind i think. Or foam realized from flowers, i have seen it before and it do behave like this ultralight foam but dont know if flowers like that exists where this video was filmed. Surely many UFO reports are just foam like this.

Last summer we saw something that looked 'like' this. Soap bubbles that were flying around from a car wash place. They were all over every where - even flying up into the trees and on large 'bubble mass' even got caught in an updraft and went a good few blocks down the road, before being 'lost' in/over the trees.

It certainly is a fun video to watch, though ....
