I have never posted anything to a site like this before. However, two days ago, I had a vivid experience while wide awake. I had awoken a few minutes before, was talking with wife in the other room .. I was still in bed ...
I suddenly had a "mind's eye" ( for lack of a better description ) view of a two story, squarish home, beige or similar color, in a bright vivd green verdant area. I even noted some sort of vehicle parked there. I intentionally looked to the right of the scene, and saw two small cascades with muddy water about a 100 yards away. I saw lots of growth, almost jungle-like. The whole scene was like viewing through a circular tube, inthat the image was round and somewhat fuzzy around the outside. But I could willingly look whereever I chose. This lasted perhaps a minute, then I knew that if I wanted I could make it go away .. and sure enough, it slowly faded away. I have never been any place like it.

Interesting experience there. I am not sure what to make of it, unless it was a dimensional window of some sort. Facinating! And welcome here too!
