ive recently come upon a very interesting site ran by Bill Ryan who was the person who ran the site for Project Serpo which most all believe now is a hoax..
how credible to you all some of these are? some of them are very long but worth looking at...especially the one with Mr X. and Duncan O'Finioan. Just go to the interviews section

I just came across this site three days for the first time and was pretty impressed. It's a platform for those who wish to get their message across - whether they're flakes or not. But the site definitely has a good message and method of doing it. Duncan's story is downright scary. Not sure about his arm being "wired", but as for the rest, could be. I wouldn't put it past government, that's for sure.

I was most impressed with Gary (the Hacker) and Clifford Stone, and even though I had known of them both, it was refreshing to see new angles on their stories. I'll be checking the site frequently from here on.

But man - whoever does the editing a quick course for dummies. Pronto.

Bill Ryan has no credibility. Neither do many of the people he's interviewed here.
