Could extraterrestrial sightings actually be attributable to interdimensional biengs? what are the differences, and is it possible for a bieng to be both?

Picture yourself how you would like to become (able to bend space and time, distance no longer being a factor, able to change your physical appearance at will, possessing telekinesis and telepathy, etc) and you'll get a pretty picture of what they're like I reckon. I'm gradually coming to think that we're slowly learning how to be like them.

The differences are fairly simple.

Extraterrestrials would be Biological life on another planet, just the same as we ourselves are Extraterrestrials to other Biological life that might exist.

The idea of Interdimensional beings would be the same as say "Ghosts" or some other paranormal entities.
