These are the things I have found happen to me when I am under stress:
I get extremely impatient, I want everything I wish to happen immediately - totally impractical and wrong, but that's just the way it is lol
I get very aggressive - mainly because I cannot suffer fool's gladly at the best of times, during stress, they annoy me even further and I end up biting their head off.
I get depressed - sometimes it is hard to "get going", motivation is a definite no-no and it feels like it far easier to just sit and plunge deeper and deeper into the "pit".
I get very irritated - silly little things like when you are trying, for instance, to hang a dressing gown on a hook and it falls off several times - that is almost enough to make me want to throw it in the bin.
You have been through a fair bit TheMeaningOfLife, no wonder you are stressed, just remember, it will not last forever (although it may feel like it at the moment), if you are an intense sort of person anyway, it will feel as though every single one of your problems and irritations are magnified tenfold.
Your brain and subconscious are extremely powerful tools, sometimes they will appear to go haywire, when you come to terms with all the things that have happened, they will abate I am sure.
You just hang on there, try to do things that, when you have been in a better frame of mind, have made you feel calm and serene and uplifted. Make sure you get time to yourself even if you have to get away for a few days. It will not make it all go away immediately but you may feel slightly more refreshed and strengthened.
These things happen to me to. I agree.

I never had panic attacks until I was 25. They are very scary and very real. Any kind of prolonged stressors can produce panic attacks out of nowhere. Take care of yourself and things have a way of working out in the end. Your mind can get sick the same as your physical body. Take care of both equally.

My boy friend lost his job of 7 years that he loved. He started waking up in the middle of the night and bolting from the bedroom to wander the house in complete panic atack mode. When he got a new job and we got back on track financialy it stopped.
