What would you think if the universe were a giant movie being run at 64000 frames per second

does that mean there is Intent in All motion?

There seems to be one simple way to debunk this theory. Apparently the evidence for the theory is the lack of blurring (which would indicate motion faster than 64,000 frames per second) in pictures taken with the use of a strobe light flickering at 64,000 fps. He should have set up several cameras each with their own strobe, each set up to go off a fraction of a second after any other so that each would take a picture at 64,000 fps, but at a slightly different time interval. Then, if each camera captured an image of the items which were supposed to be quantum jumping, it would prove that the items were moving steadily through space and time and not "quantum jumping" and stopping like this theory states.

Let's see ...
speed of light = 3*10^8 m/s
3*10^8 / 64000 = 4687.5
so photons make quantum leaps of more than 4 km (!)

As we can see, the proposed quantisation of time implies that it is impossible to see any object within only few meters of distance as each photon would in a quantum leap either skip the object or the observer.

Maybe time is quantised at the Planck scale. But for 64,000 fps we need an other explanation for the apparent absence streaks.

Might just be a misinterpretation of the images, since streaks do not look as one expects.

Yeah, it's pseudo-science. A reputable physicist would not try to prove his theory to his peers by taking photographs of speeding bullets. If motion were discontinuous and quantized it would need to be proven through quantum mechanics.
