Just makes me sick. How can anybody respect a religion that does supports this?

Lovely though that they describe her and name her as well as where she is now hiding from the psychotics that are looking to kill her, in the name of honor that not even most muslim clerics agree with. (per the article) Tragic! What needs to happen is these women need to kill before they are killed, by their husbands, fathers, etc...

Wouldn't that shake up the BS status quo!? Headline: "Muslim woman reverses honor killing by lopping off husbands head!" No worries, 72 virgins await to be abused by his hand, in his ideal of heaven, what's the problem?!

My husband worked with a Muslim man whose sister was married to a brute. She ran away from him, but had a close relationship with her parents and they took her back. They protected her, and wouldn't let her husband near her, but they suffered for it. The husband's brothers visited their home continually and tried to get her back, and the husband himself stabbed the woman's mother. If he couldn't get at his wife he was going to get at somebody, and it was her mother.

I can't express how much that infuriates me...
