A good question to ask is what about the bigfoot prints from 200 years ago and the indians accounts?

Why is it all of these videos seem to come from You Tube? Most of those are hoaxes, jokes and just have nothing to back them up. ANYONE could make one of these! Just get a crappy video phone, a gorilla costume and a friend to walk thru the woods wearing it a VIOLA! Then post it on You Tube and you have your very own Bigfoot footage!!! Can't anyone seem to find some info from some reputable site other than these You Tube videos? Especially the first video which was proven as a hoax YEARS ago! Sheeesh...

Well, if you're looking for an elusive yellow screen text crawl, then the first video has ample evidence for you. If you want decent bigfoot footage, however, that clip is worthless.

I barely made out a figure a time or two in the second. Of course it was shaky crypto footage, so I'm amazed I got that much.

Well Youtube is just a source. Some of it's going to be good some of it isn't. The Patterson film has not been proven to be a hoax. No suit, several people have come forward and said they were the person in the suit but then provided no further evidence. IE no suit, no other footage of them in the suit, not a one of them seen anywhere else in suit...

People who want to be taken seriously usually don't post on Youtube first. Stuff ends up there taken from various sources.

And it isn't easy to do.
I'm not saying it would cost thousands of dollars to do but you will run into to money and/or time issues.
You've got to either rent, buy or make a suit. You've got to do it well enough so that it looks real. (otherwise what's the point?)
You've got to own a camera of some type to shoot the footage with..
All of that takes time and/or money and if it was such an easy thing to fake and fake well more people would do it.

Post a link showing where the patterson video is a hoax and I will post one saying it is not a hoax. Some people have said they were the person in the suit but no one has brought forth the suit. Hollywood has tried to recreate the suit and failed, not even close. There is no proof that the video is fake just speculation! SHEEESH.....

Exactly just because there is some junk on youtube does not mean its not a credible source for links. The second link I posted in my first post is a perfect example of what Mabon is saying. That would be a difficult video to fake especially since it was done 13 years ago.

Here just let me get the sarcastic comments a lot of morons here like to post out of the way.

lil gremlin
dont care whether it was fake or not, they were cool.
Massquatch
There's something I'd like to say about the videos and pics of a supposed Sasquatch that you can easily find on the internet. Most people involved in Sasquatch research dont buy it. I've had people say to me, and reference some crappy clip, that if that's proof, then Sasquatch doesn't exist. We believe in spite of these kinds of "proof" To understand what I'm saying, make a fake clip and post it on The Bigfoot Forums and see how you fare. It will be found out to be a fake. A couple of years ago a clip came out that was of a supposed Sasquatch. It went around the net for awhile, and in the end, it was a hoax created by Penn and Teller for their Showtime show, bull. Thing is, they say on the show that it fooled the Sasquatch community, which just wasn't true, the BFRO jumped on board, and said it was real without doing any kind of investigation, so P&T were more than happy to say that they fooled the leadng Sasquatch research group. Ok, they may have fooled them, but almost everyone else wasn't convinced.
I think you'd be amazed by the lengths people will go to to disprove these kinds of hoaxes. They looked into every, and I do mean EVERY, aspect of that P&T clip. What type of camera that was used, they investigated the guy that supposedly took the film, where it was taken etc. I want people to realize that alot of Sasquatch researchers aren't just looking for the next film clip or picture to get behind and bolster the argument that these things exist. Sure there are some "romantics" out there, but if you really looked into it, I think you be surprised by the level of competence in the Sasquatch community.

Thank you for the post but overall I do not get the point. Are you saying the patterson film is fake and has been proven so? or that it is still not able to be disproven?
