I just wanted to point out that there is no evidence showing that UFOs are extraterrestrial in origin, and basically that the subtopic is a misnomer. Just because UFOs are a mystery we shouldnt automattically assume they are from some other planet.

Very true, but for discussion purposes these two areas often come hand in hand. The title isn't intended to imply that Unidentified Flying Objects are undoubedtly extraterrestrial, but rather that the two areas are interlinked on many levels and a discussion on one will invariably bring up references to the other.
Please Explain
We automatically assumed ufo's are not manned by human beings.
Therefore it is Alien to us.
Whoever flying it, i don't care, must be Gods.

thank you so very much
im not even going to get into this whole discussion because people WANT to believe that whatever is controlling them (if they exist...) are little grey men and its futile (ive tried it before).
ET believers will not even try to read/understand anything that does not fit into their little "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" world

Whether they are from the future, another dimension, or another world, they are out there!
I personally witnessed one UFO in 1949 that was, from a side view, as large as and looked about the same as two Boeing 747s placed nose to nose with the vertical stabilizer removed.
During that time, there was nothing built on earth that was that large and able to fly!

Since that time, I have seen things on a radar screen that cannot be anything that we know. Yes, there are pictures that were taken in space of UFOs, but the are not widely disseminated. NASA has pictures of an object flying between the Lunar orbiter and the moon's surface and its shadow is visible on the surface.

Just do a bit of Googling and you can find them.

Whatever the phenomena is, once we fully understand it (if not soon, then perhaps in several years) it is likely to be more shocking and completely sensical than we ever dreamed it could be. I often wish I could live my life in complete denial of everything I feel I know and believe in regards to this, but I can't. I'm willing to believe it is from both another dimension in space and time as well as from another planetary system. if it is local in origins then I am fine with it too. More than anything, I wish to discover on a personal (a very personal) level what these entities are, and how and why they are able to perform the things they do.

That's right the Extraterrestrial hypothesis ( ETH ) explains the UFO evidence. Not the other way around. (I know it's confusing.)
