I heard this urban legend about these Black Limos/Cadillacs who abduct children in a European country, I believe. Their license plates are not recorded, and they go up children's streets and disappear.

Anyone who can confirms this, please do so. And links would help. Infact, I'll go on Snopes and do the Horror section. In the meantime, please reply!

EDIT: I live in NJ and read in Weird NJ about Clinton Road. Has anyone ever been there? Also a place called Split Rock Road(NJ also) was in the Weird NJ and it talked about a bunch of guys with masks, hockey sticks and doctor's gloves who attacked a van and the guy's friend pulled out. Anyone with Urban Legends about NJ, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I write horror and I'm going to start incorporating urban legends into my stories.

No offense, but hundreds a day are abducted by other humans driving in cars, now if it is one specific 'limo or caddi' driving around and picking them up...emm maybe. But as far as stealing children or other humans daily by cars, well it's a form of transportation and it happens all the time.
