user posted image rSir Paul McCartney, David Bowie and Michael Jackson are set to make contact with aliens, claims author Michael C Luckman. The acts, along with Sir Elton John and The Rolling Stones, have been lined up to headline a series of concerts aimed at establishing peaceful contact with aliens by beaming music into outer space. Luckman, author of Alien Rock: The Rock 'n' Roll Extraterrestrial Connection, plans to hold his 'Signals to Space Concerts' in Berlin, Tokyo, New York, China, Russia, Mexico and London, and hopes extraterrestrials will respond to the shows. He told BANG Showbiz: "The aim of the concerts is to beam live music into outer space, particularly to targets in our solar systems, including Mars and the moon, to try and establish peaceful contact with extraterrestrial civilisations. Each show will be as large as Woodstock."

He added: "Some of the possible headliners are Sir Paul McCartney, Sir Elton John, David Bowie, The Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and Michael Jackson. "Pete Bennett, the legendary promotion manager for the Beatles is also going to be involved in the project. "He is a friend and supporter of both my book and the 'Signal to Space Concerts' and feels, as I do, that space is music's final frontier."

I have heard that Bowie has interest in UFO's and he even saw a lot of them growing up. But I never heard that Mccartney, Michael Jackson or even Elton John had any interest in UFOs

Don't worry -- NASA long ago installed a "Michael Jackson filter" on all broadcasts of his music -- the device is modeled after the "Leave It To Beaver" filter that was placed on TV stations in the 1950s so that this would not be among the first radio waves intercepted by a distant alien civizilation.

who dreamed this up? sounds like some major drug taking here!

This is like those tests you take where you have to pick out what is wrong with this picture. I do not think Sir Paul would ever perform with Jacko, because of an issue unresolved years ago. Bowie I can see doing something like this due to the Ziggy stardust years. But Aerosmith? Gimme a break. I cannot imagine Steven Tyler doing this unless he thinks the aliens are hot babes.
Aranel
Leave it to celebrities to be the ones to establish contact. laugh.gif Especially the biggest names in music history.

So, Sir Paul Mccartney is going to beam music into space to convince aliens to make peaceful contact with humanity.

I hope he doesn't begin with "Live and Let Die".

Fact or Fiction?

LMAO!!! That's one of the most random events that I have ever heard of. "SCIENTISTS VS. CELEBRITIES: THE RACE FOR CONTACT". Don't get me wrong, I do like their music (A-L-O-T) but this is just too funny to believe. I think they should do the Batman call in space but instead of the bat as the logo, it'll be MJ's face. We'll definitely get alien contact with MJ's face in space rofl.gif
Jackssa
lmao. with every dumb thing happening, theres michael jackson in foreplay
Pandora7321
I think they should put on a kick ass rock show and then as the closer they should all come on stage together and play the tune from Close Encounters!!
