"Tales From The Crypt" is a TV show that was created in the early 1990s, and was based on a comic book (don't ask me the name of the comic because I can't quite remember it.) Ah, and if you did watch the series, you probably know the crazy puppet who presented the tales to his viewers: The Crypt Keeper. It was cancelled, however (don't ask me about that, either,) and it is still viewable on the Chiller Channel. Please tell me what you thought of the show if you have watched it before.

The comic was also by the name of tales from the crypt and yes i do still watch it and love the series even though sometimes it can be rubbish and other times it can be good.
it was originally a HBO series.and a lot of them had nudity so as a young man i always watched tales from the crypt..
they also made 2 tales from the crypt movies..demon night abd bordello of blood...they were about as good as the tv series just longer...but you can also get the tales from the crypt on dvd we have season 1...

My cousin and I would watch it every night, they played re runs on SciFi at 10 pm.

I used to be addicted to this show back in the day. 
I enjoyed both movies and still catch the re-runs when I can.

I've never watched it before, the impression I get from it, is it's kind of kitschy like the twilight zone. Is that the case?
Aw. I would rather watch Tales from the Crypt over an NBC sitcom any day.
I just discovered the chiller channel, and am so happy it exists. Lot's of fun if you have satellite.
Now it and Discovery Health are all I watch.

Crypt keeper is the coolest. I love that show, but i don't think we got that channel.
The Crypt Keeper scared the living daylights out of my sister 'til this day.

no i wouldnt say like the twlight zone...its more of a offbeat gore think of a live horror comic for adults..

I like watching that series when I get the chance too...some stories are a bit corny, but some are quite good. And I agree with Pandy, the Cryptkeeper is cute...I like his laugh.
