Head-butt by horse restores man's sight

A SECOND World War veteran who was blinded in his right eye when he was hit by shrapnel can see again after being head-butted by a pedigree racehorse.

Doctors tried in vain for 64 years to restore Don Karkos's sight, until My Buddy Chimo stepped in. http://news.scotsman.com/topics.cfm?tid=60...p;id=1881392006 Wow. blink.gif Thats real cool.

Didn't the same thing happen to Gilligan?

Except wasn't it getting hit in the head with a coconut so that he didn't have to speak spanish anymore?

well, this is a very interestic topic, it IS possible that the headbut did something to the sight centers in his brain and restored his sight because of it, like shook him up a little, the doctors repaired the eye but the spark to start it up wasnt there, untill mr horse came in and hit him. tongue.gif
