That has got to be one of the worst tattoos ever!!!! I've seen home tattoos that look better then that! Good grief! What in the world what the tattoo artist thinking???? A part of the art of tattooing is ART!!!!! not just a photocopy! There are things that don't translate well onto skin as this poor person now realizes.
