Da'Explainer
First of all, let me introduce myself. I'm Da'Explainer. I browse forums such as this, and do my best to explain, and give the answers that so many people seek. However, I've run across something recently, that I've been unable to explain. Does it relate to the paranormal? No. Is it about the future/past? No. Is it science, or religion related? Once again, the answer is no.

I joined this forum yesterday, and attempted to impart my wisdom in a thread regarding the "ring around the moon". I awoke this morning, and wanted to see if any agreed with my answer, or if any others had input. Lo and behold, my post had dissapeared. Now, I can only attribute this to 2 possible options.

#1. Poltergeists. These little buggers are everywhere, and it would not suprise me if these guys had finally infiltrated the WWW, and made their presence known here, in this fine forum.

#2. It was deleted by a moderator. Now, I find this impossible to believe, as my post didnt violate any forum protocol. It was simply stating my opinion on the subject at hand. Certainly if my post had been deleted, the aforementioned moderator would have messaged me, and told me that my post had been deleted, and that I had broken some type of forum rule. If nothing else, to insure that I dont commit the offense again. I was not given this courtesy.

I have to correctly assume it was option #1. This forum is obviously based on open-mindedness, so any moderator worth his/her salt would not delete a post that pertained to the subject at hand, especially without some type of explanation.

Mr/Mrs Admin, you may have a serious poltergeist problem here. I suggest you take the appropriate action A.S.A.P.

Happy to oblige. In future, if you have a problem/question regarding moderator actions, address them with the forum administrator via the private message system. Starting a thread about it on the board is not allowed, which you would be aware of if you had indeed familiarized yourself with the forum 'rules'. Thank you for your co-operation.
