More then once now I have dreamed of a girl that I have never ment before. She is the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and I just think about her and I am filled with joy. In my dreams we never speak....we just hold each other...have fun....like childhood friends......I remember laying in the sun with her on a rock in the middle of a river....I remember watching the sun set in Hawaii on the edge of a cliff (I've never been to Hawaii) I remember falling asleep with her on the roof of her house while we watched the stars and the moon come up. I remember what she looks like. I feel like I've known her all my life....but I don't even know if she's real...... is it possible for someone to have a connection with there soulmate like this? How can I find her?
She's a little shorter then me (I'm 6'). In my dream she has shoulder length hair (that could just be the length when I meet her. It may be a different length now) She has brown/lightbrown hair with blonde highlights (She occasionaly dies a strip of hair in the front...pink, blue, purple...etc) She has green/blue eyes. She likes the outdoors and likes to lay on her roof at night and watch the stars. She either is taking or has taken some form of martial art. She likes swimming, biking and exercising. Also.....she's my age or a couple months younger then me (I'm 19) and she's skinny but not eating disorder skinny....more athletic skinny I guess.....
I've run through all the possibilities in my mind (past lifes, etc). There is a history of Psychic abilities in my family (and with me as well).
But maybe we're soulmates and we share the same dreams (Normally I don't dream......and I have to be really cold to sleep....if I get hot then I'll have horible nightmares)
I'd really like some feed back on this
Thanks!

I'll offer my opinion although I doubt it's one you want to hear, as it seems you are looking for a paranormal answer. I think this girl is just a figment of your subconscious and if you want to further understand this dream you should read up on dream interpretation in it's psychology context.

That's just a dream, soulmates don't exist.
And don't we all have an occasional dream about someone of the opposite sex?

same here i do have dream a girl but never saw her face

i first dream of her when i was 9 years old until now
same girl and all of my dream of her i never saw her face
her hair is long and almost touching her hips
my first dream of her was we were watching the sunset and having a conversation
another dream of her is i saw her dancing
and sometimes i saw her walking and i follow her and she doesn't turn to see me
i dreamed of her many times but i'd never saw her face aside from her lips on my first dream when we were drinking my favorite flavor of juice
every dream has meanings and sometimes different people of different places meet in a single dream
i know 2 persons which had the same dream so i do believe that its possible for different people to have same dream and meet there

i've had those "soulmate dreams". i don't think they mean anything, just that you want to find love and that the girl in your dreams is your version of the perfect girl. the worst part is that in the dreams you're really happy and it feels very real, but when you wake up you get all depressed because it wasn't real and sometimes(at least it happens to me) you think about this person all day and maybe for a few days even though she's not real, makes me feel like i'm crazy

I don't know why but as soon as I began reading your OP, Olivia Newton-John and the movie, 'Grease' came to mind.......
It's just a lovely fantasy, everyone has them now and again, nothing weird about it at all......

There are many types of dreams, and while the most common does seem to be a mental process whereby the subconscious reflects on, and makes connections between conscious data inputs from various sources, there are other types.
Certainly there are prophetic dreams in which we see, clearly or symbolically, the future. Thus, this girl may well be someone you are destined to meet.
There are also dreams in which we experience different types of out of body experiences. One sub type of this is a dream in which we interact with other dreamers. To me this is a very rare occurence, but it is commonly reported. The girl could be a real or projected image of another dreamer, or it could be some one who exists in real life and whom you met in a form of O.B.E.
As others have noted, the girl may be an idealised projection of your fantasies, either conscious or subconscious. Even if this is the case, it is a good thing, because it indicates you are at least capable of controlled lucid dreaming, in which you can create people and perhaps landscapes and story lines to enliven your nocturnal hours.
Analyse your dreams carefully. For example, are the surroundings consistent and realistic. If so, this points towards the OBE. As does perhaps, the inability to communicate verbally.
If this was just a controlled dream you should have the ability to communicate effectively with the girl. On the other hand, in my OBE experiences i can hear conversations clearly but cannot speak to the people I am observing.
In the real world; plan, verbalise, and think about altering the dream in some simple way, eg by injecting a clear symbolic representation (try giving her a single red rose next time you meet.). If this works, try more complex or tactile experiments.

I also had the movie Grease come to mind when I read your post.
But as for your soul mate well look at it this way. You're only 19 you have some time to look this perfect girl.
This might sound cold or mean but if you want to really find this girl (who might not exist) instead of posting on a message board go out and look. You mentioned a lot of hobbies this girl has so maybe take one up. I dunno just some advive

sad to say but i think that there are possibility that people on dreams sometimes are not existing in real life so don't expect much

I've heard that when you dream of someone who you've never met before that you cannot see their face. But I can see hers as clear as day.
My best (and hardest) idea I've had so far is when we're on her roof looking at the stars....trying to memorize where the stars are in the sky. Then check that with star charts and find out where she is.

I had a girl too that came to me for awhile in my dreams. I havent dreamt of her for awhile now though.. not since I ran my hand up her leg. I think I crossed the line with her because she was a virgin.. but she was wearing like purple lingerie that last time.. So it was confusing because she was dressed for bed but she wasnt meant to be lusted for. It was weird and when I made my move(which I didnt really mean to.. it was more like a habit from the clothes)it shocked everyone and I havent dreamt of her since. She was about 30, with long black hair and brown eyes, in a dark purple nighty thing. mmmm she felt like such an angel and I wish I hadnt of made a move on her now.. lol.. cause I liked the dreams with her energy in them.

Look for the girl, and you'll find her.
I don't see how star charts are going to help, though.
PS: It might take 20 years.

The girl just seems more like your image of the perfect person for you. She may exist, but most likely not. She is just what you want in a woman the most.

Congratulations. You have actually managed to find a practical use for lucid dreaming.
So, read up on it (no links to offer, LD is second only to pornography in web-presence).
Next time you have the dream, forget the star charts. Ask for her name, address, phone number, and email.
No joke. Do it. If she answers, follow up. If she doesn't, then think about the odds that any of this is real.

Everyone has had dreams like that before, I'd say they're pretty normal.
There was an article on the news a few weeks ago about a guy who dreamt of a girl in one of his dreams and woke up with a phone number stuck in his mind; he sent a text message to the number and a girl replied, they kept in touch and ended up getting married! I believe it was just a coincidence, but it couldn't hurt to try to do the same, eh?
----
Found the article:
Not many people can top David Brown's tale of how he met his wife.
Five years ago, the British man dreamed of a cell-phone number, the U.K. Daily Mail reports. He decided to text it, thinking it might have belonged to someone he met the night before.
It didn't. Instead Brown's message reached Michelle Kitson, a 17-year-old whom he had never met.
"It was really weird but I was absolutely hooked," Kitson told the paper. "My mum and dad kept saying, 'But he could be an axe murderer', but I knew there was something special about it. I hadn't had a boyfriend before. Those first text messages were a real adrenaline rush."
The pair exchanged phone calls and letters and Brown eventually moved 60 miles to be closer to his dream lover.
"She really is the girl of my dreams," said Brown, now 24, from Harefield, North-West London.
Kitson felt the same way about Brown. The happy couple just returned from their honeymoon.Click

Oh, hell. I meant it as straight advice, but you're right. If you get a phone number, anybody's phone number, it's the best pickup line of all time.
Doh.

Hi Elvis, maybe your dreaming about the babes in Aloha Hawaii when you were over there doing the concert a while back! Just wonder why you reckon it was Hawaii and not Tahiti, been there both, and the girls are pretty much alike, beautiful countries but I wouldn't want to live there too long.
Soulmates, nope, I don't reckon so, a soulmate knows what your thinking, can finish off your sentence, for example, "honey can I have..." , "some money to buy some new shoes" you said. "Why honey you...", "Read your mind?". And this babe didn't even utter a word in your dreams, nope, it's just wishful thinking, and your imagination is generating a silent movie you could take the children to watch. Get out there and find yourself a real live one!

When I was 19 , the boys I knew were looking for anything but their soul mate. I have come to the conclusion that such a thing probably does not exist.
