I think that the Pokemon one was proved...wasn't it? I think it had to do with the flashing colors. Some people can't play video games because of that, you know.

Supposedly, the flashing lights and quick color changes can cause epileptic seizures.

Also, what about that "Hall of Lost Souls" that is buried in some Microsoft Windows program? I remember reading about that one. Probably read it here on one of the threads.

The hall of lost souls was proven also. The one thing that was not true about it was that it would "reveal a dark secret." All that it did was when you used what it showed you was take you to credits and pictured of Microsoft developers.

This one is not T.V. or video game but, when you played the Prince song "Darling Nikki" backwards it was supposed to reveal a satanic chant. When you played the record version of Twisted Sisters "We're Not Gonna Take It" backwards, it said "eat your peas and make your bed".

"Tetris" is supposed to have been the inspiration for a Star Trek - The Next Generation episode where the whole crew was incapacitated by a video game introduced by an alien species.

Yes, he pokemon one has been proven. I have done quite a bit of research on that subject.

That's intersting. But if you want song ones I've got some.
Like on the song "Love Roller Coaster". How you can hear a scream in the background. There are legends as to what the scream is.

In Zelda: Ocarina of Time, you could unfreeze the Zora lake.
Or, that after you beat the game, you could find another Ganon with blue hair, and once you beat him, there's new stuff in the game.
Or that you can bring the first town back to normal when you're adult.

In FF7, you can revive Aeris, and Sephiroth can join your team.
Or that you can have more color of Chocobos. (how do you spell that? tongue.gif)

In FF Tactics, once you beat the game, sometimes you could continue to play, and you have new jobs and stuff.

And you know what?
I used to believe all of them when I was a kid. laugh.gif
DreamSlayer
In Golden Sun 2: The Lost Age, you could visit Lemuria, one of the legendary mythical continents. Everyone was white and had blue skin. They aged much slower because they were protected by a magical field or something
