Enjoy it while it lasts. Next season will be the last. It definitly is one of the coolest shows ever.

I know I just heard about that yesterday. I'm glad that they will be able to end it on a good note and the way that they envisioned ending it. Not having it drag out the plot and then getting canceled before they can complete it.

What's next, a remake of "Buck Rogers in the 25'th Century"? If it were as comparitively dark as the BSG remake, ole Lucky Buck would probably have a really good reason to run away from Princess Ardala (she'd be like Sil from Species ...)

What other great remakes could there be? Space 1999 except they'd have to push it up to Space 2099 at least. And we could have lust, corruption, and abuse of alien substances aboard Moonbase Alpha.

Logan's Run, the remake. Well, I don't see how it could get much darker than it was, though with modern audiences it could be more explicit.

Or U.F.O., it could probably survive a remake, the battle sequences were kind of dull, but the general atmosphere of mystery and the occasional up close alien encounters weren't so bad.
