Do you have some favorite cryptids? If so, please post some pictures of them (pictures as in "Art or Images.") But there are a few rules for this forum.

1) DON'T POST PICTURES THAT HAVE PORNOGRAPHY OR CONTAIN INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT! DOING SO WILL RESULT IN BEING REPORTED!
2) Don't take credit for any drawing or image unless if you did create that drawing or image.
3) Please put the names of the cryptids beside the link. That way, we'll know what it is.

Now that you know the rules, post a picture or link that shows the picture. For example:

Mothman - http://www.andrewcollins.com/pics/PointPleasantMothman.jpg

Flatwoods Monster - http://www.worldoftheunknown.com/flatwoods...ds-creature.jpg

You can post as many pics as you want. Just be sure to obey the rules above.

Since I don't have an actual picture of the creature (I wonder if anyone ever does), here's one from Darkstalkers:

Sence this thread seems to have turned into some big joke, I thought I might attempt to bring it back to its original idea. Here is an artist's rendition on Nessie. Lake Monsters are my favorite cryptids.

And btw, MIB, I think this was a nice idea for a thread. Everyone always likes pictures. Even if they are just drawings.

Aww thanks blush.gif

And while it may not be completely on topic, capoeranger posted this link in another thread, but it's relavant here. It's a place where you can buy action figures of cryptids. But they're pictures, right? grin2.gif

Thanx for the credit, Rosenrot!
If I'm not mistaken, your username means "Red as a rose...", is that right?

Yep, that's what my username means. (My German is kinda bad, I'm still working on the basic grammer.) And I always try to give credit where credit is due. I wouldn't want someone stealing my ideas.

Oh and here are a few more pictures. I want that sign. The second thing is an artist's rendition of a creature called the Tsuchinoko. Mr. Jellyfish and I are investigating it.

No, it's a ghoul from DnD.
If anyone can find any Tsuchinoko/Tzuchinoko pics, I thank you.

How is that a cryptid? o.0 I know the person who drew that picture... I wonder if whoever animated it got permission. =/

Thought this needed a revival, I want to see some seriously cool pictures!

Anyways, my picks (none proven fake as far as I know - imo, the ones that are potentially real are the neatest):

A study of dragon anatomy, by Leonardo DaVinci.

He produced many such studies of other creatures, his "man" is one of the most famous, but he also did careful anatomical studies of horses and other creatures.

It's the Tsuchinoko, use the search facility in this forum to know more about the creature. Me and Rosenrot have been discussing this creature awhile back.
