Since I'm some kinda military freak (I'm ex-mil myself) I play a lot of military simulations. Just want to know wich are the best ones you've ever played. original.gif Here are my favourites:

1: Close Combat: First To Fight

A FPS-tactical shooter, made in cooperation with the United States Marines. Most of the people didn't liked it because it's a very tactical game, but it's the best tact.FPS I've ever played

2: Full Spectrum Warrior

Extremely tactical RTS game, yur in command of 2 squads wich you have to give orders. Very realistic, hate it or love it kinda game

3: Ghost Recon

Pretty old game, but still one of the best tactical shooters available (Advanced Warfare sucked)

GRAW 2 rocked.
Super Pancake
But the GRAW series is the worst simulator of reconnaissance missions

to add to the list there is Operation Flashpoint and SOCOM
ex infernis
I love the Command and conquer series. Very good AI

You fail! Americas army would be number one on the list.

I should have made meself more clear tongue.gif I meant single-player games only, cuz I suck in multiplayer games hmm.gif

It has everything i would ever ask for

BF2 is great fun, but it isn't exactly tatical is it. America's Army and SWAT 4 are good ones I've played.
Conspiracy
i think that when End War comes out by Ubisoft that will probably be the best simulater

For all the people who are still playing the original Operation Flashpoint I suggest you to download this mod asap! It changes the entire game (new graphics, animations, weapons, skins, explosions, etc...). And the best of it all: It's for free!

Another vote to SWAT 4. Swat 3 was fun on single player.

I'd say medal of honor
punish3ment
I'd honestly have to say Americas Army. It's prehaps the most realistic warfare game out and its free.

I always thought the Conflict and Delta Force series offered quite a realistic experience.
Stixxman
medal of honor frontline, i especially like the beginning sequence when you land on the beach. My grandfather mad ethe D-Day operation and I always wondered what it 'might' have looked like.
capoeiranger
Counter Strike! And also the Call Of Duty series. And oh, there's one Medal Of Honor series, that I feel really really frustrating: MOH Pacific Assault. I think that's what happened to you if you're on a WW II in a Pacific Island surrounded by enemies that can kill you literally in one fatal shot!
