What'd ya'll think?

Personally, I was expecting something different (I'm sure you know what I mean)...it's kinda like Big Fish or Finding Neverland...if you're not drunk or exceptionally high on life you won't get it. Yes, I'm drunk.

obviously its a kids flick trailer looked boring so movie will be too. havent seen it wont bother

i read the book as a kid,,,but when i seen the trailor i was kind of confused....but ill watch it with my little girl non the less

very slow starter kinda boring. 3/10 not much excitement

Not really...it's as much a kids flick as Finding Neverland was.

But yeah, 8/10 was a bit of a drunken exaggeration...perhaps a 6/10. It was good, but not fantastic.

I had heard from a couple friends that it was not worth seeing, but i decided to give it a try anyway. The trailers were completely deceptive which was kinda annoying. It made it look to be like a fantasy/ adventure with some special effects. Anyway i have to admit that it kind of grew on me. I enjoyed it and i think it would be a great movie for the family. Just don't go in thinking that it is what the trailers show.

I give it a 6/10

yeah its been getting average reviews here. my dad didnt like it much found it too slow. But yeah i might see it on dveed

then that m akes sence because thew book wasnt a action adventure book...more like a coming of age story kinda thing

I loved it lol. I've always enjoyed fantasy type movies. I was hoping to see more fantasy though! I'd give it a 9/10
