i for one just wouldn't wanna see a nekkid ghost...
No, me neither

.
Why, just because they're in another dimension of some kind, would they suddenly desire to run around naked in the rare cases of manifesting in full body to people? If Gran never would waltz around nekkid to you as a kid, why would she now? I'd be more surprised if they didn't dress for the occasion, really.
Clothing is a large percentage of how we actually see people. If you ever doubt it, try being in the military and accustomed to seeing Joe in uniform and then run into him at the Mall and find yourself pausing to connect a name and feeling a slight surprise to see him in jeans and tank top, with tattoos showing

.
I had a friend tell me once that the reason many people who are retired military or retired cops have to struggle to recall names more than others seem to do is because for years we had the subconcious prop of nametags on uniforms to help recall names and so developed that recall less than others.
I like to believe that is true, and not just that we're getting old *snickers*
But, to a degree, it is true. We identify things by the totality, and for us, that usually includes clothes when it comes to other people.
