I'm trying to lower a gif's size and pixel to use as avatar, here it is.

Could someone make it possible to use as a avatar or atleast tell me how to do so?

Mostly this animation is so huge because you have 75 frames in there. Open it up in an art program and delete some of the frames that aren't really adding to the smoothness of the animation (there are some that are barely different from the ones in front and behind) I'm guessing you could remove almost half those frames.

I have no art programs and don't know how to delete frames without making it ungifed.

I got it down to 90kb and it still looks pretty good I think. I tried to keep the detail in there:
