{this event is true, and i'm will state my life that this example is true and that it really did happen to me. but you do not have to believe it if you don't want to.}

A couple of months ago, when I did yoga every other day. Something very cool happend! At night, when I was dreaming, I would get a vision of the future! And a day or four later, it would come true! The visions were nothing major, just some friends I know talking to someone else. It is nothing major I do know, but it did come true!

So, topic in question, can yoga give you visions, or "abilites"?

{sorry if i spelled something wrong, i'm not the best speller [like that, i think] in the world!}

Friends talking w/friends is not a vision. What friends don't talke to each other?? Especially over a period of 4 days.... I would say it's nothing more than just a dream. Unless when I dream I'm talking to my wife and the next day I'm talking to her is a vision!?? See what I mean.... The odds of this happening are actually quite high, so no real 'vision' required here. It was just a dream, pure and simple.

The only people said to have achieved any powers through Yoga are the ones practice it spiritually. I'm going to take a guess and say that what you're talking about is just doing a few stretches and exercises.

Well then, that's not even supposed to give you powers in legend, let alone real life.

You could have just randomly had some "visions" around the time you were practicing yoga. No, it doesn't do anything like that for you.

Listen, everyone has "abilities". How we notice that we have them is how well we tune out our cluttered minds. Yoga does not give you abilities, but it helps you understand and realize what you have and who you are. That is all I have to say.

I've been practicing yoga for 7 years now. I can move things with my mind and predict lottery numbers....not.
I know it's easy to get excited when you first start doing it. But it seriously takes years of doing yoga to really get to a point where you realize that having super powers isn't so much a priority any more. Learning the truth about the universe, god,a nd our existence here and ridding ourselves of ego is quite a bigger challege. I'm learning stuff every day, and still consider myself a noob at it, because I am. Anyway, get back into the practice and keep it up. When you start to have weird visions ignore them, push them to the side, and rid your mind of the distraction until there is nothingness. Visions and ideas of super powers will just get in your way on the path towards enlightenment.

True friends talking to each other is not that much. But the conversacin was word for word for ten minutes long! I have heard reports of some people who did yoga and found "abilities". And I wonder if anyone has proof about this yoga rumor.

People who do yoga sometimes have the power to annoy me slightly.

I tried doing yoga at one time. The next day, I was riding on a broomstick like it was nobody's business.

I tried doing yoga in my bedroom once. The next day, I was riding a broomstick like it was nobody's business.
