Either its a blimp, or the news station just made itself look bad by faking a UFO using CGI.

Wow thanks for posting a clearly fake ufo as something debunkers even need to come in here and say why its fake. Its an obvious fake video and the guy made a remote control blimp.

Doesn't make me start to think of UFO's when I see that clip.
It really does look more like a remote controlled blimp as others have stated. Either way, it looks like something man-made. Not something I'd be scratching my head about.
