first of all I'd like to ask all of You to post answers only if they're serious, so please don't post "go to psychiatry" or something.
I'm looking for someone who ever experienced effects of Chaos Magick - Retroactive Magick.
I know that there're some books like "Liber Kaos", but they're not printed in my country. I have never practiced magic and I don't know how to begin.
I made some seriious mistakes in my life and would like to change the past.
I believe in infitive amount of parallel universes and I believe that it's possible to switch my timeline to another, where (or when) I didn't make these mistakes.
I read about some spells or other ways to send the message to "myself from the past" or something like that.
I need a person who could make some rituals for me or advise me how to effectively do the retroactive magick.

learn from your mistakes in the past, and do the correct thing from knowing what you have done in the past, magic isn't gonna get you anywhere, life isn't magic, so don't try to fix them with magic, cause truly, magic doesn't fix anything.

Don't.
1) things happen because they should happen, learn from them, don't try to change them.
2) You don't know what will happen when you do change something. You might've been dead if you hadn't made one of those mistakes. You don't know, and I doubt you want to find out.
3) If you could send messages to your past self, don't you think you would have memories of getting those messages now? If this were really possible (which I don't believe it is), it would have happened, and you would know it, which is why you don't have to ask now. Big loop thingy. If you get my point.
4)Magic does not excist to solve what you screwed up. Your fault, you fix it yourself, without magic. Any kind of magic, that is.

Ok, there is an idea in philosophy which has resurfaced recentantly in quantum mechanics and it is called rectrocausality.

You will no doubt be familar with the idea that what happens now determines the future. This is cause and effect. An example of it is your parents getting together and hey presto its the reason you can read this now.

Retrocausality is the other way around. It means what happens now determines the past. Scientists have taken an interest in it because the experiments which seem to point towards the existance of parallel universes would mean a complete set of parellel universes exist for both the past a well as the future. (A little secret you wont know about unless you have read up on quantum mechanics is that a probabilites are parallel universes).

Ok - This is how magic works.
Pretend there is two worlds out there. One is a probability world, one is the certain world. In the room you're sat in you can see everything around you and hence have infomation about it. This is the certain part. The rest of the world you currently have very little infomation on and this is the probability world.

Now heres a couple of thought experiments.
ManU are to play Chelsea. Both teams have a full strength squad so the bookies are offering 3 to 5 odds of Chelea winning. After placing your bet you shut of the world until you go to see the results of your match on teletext. At this point your probability would come true as you learnt the score.
Now imagine you got somebody to go onto the Chelsea website and note everything negative about the team and only report this part back to you. You have now lowered the probability of Chelsea winning havent you? So the outcome will follow a differant probability. Do you not consider this strange?
How can gaining infomation cause a differant outcome in the match?

Heres another one.
You work for mountain rescue and get a call about two missing hikers. To begin with you dont know where on your mountain they are. So you draw up a probability map based on past resue statistics. You then go off, find them and discover they will fit in very well with your probability map.
Now pretend one of them managed to get a quick call out on their damaged mobile phone, telling the police they were stranded on a cliff ledge. Now the old probability map is useless as they can only be in a map square with a cliff in it. You draw a new probability map and hey presto when you find them they would fit in with it very well. Again does this not strike you as being strange?
The hikers behave one way unless you gain some extra infomation on them in which case they behave in another.

Your consciousness effects reality because you decide what is certain and what is probability. Infomation you choose to gain, how you choose to gain it and even how you look at things decides what is real, what behaves as a probability and the likely outcomes of that probability.
Another example is positive and negative people. Negative people only allow themselves to see negative things about the world and have a mental block when it comes to anything else. Therefore the world they create is a negative one. Its like gaining the negative infomation of Chelseas website, they alter the probabilities in its favour. A positive person finds the world usually goes in their favour.
