I don't draw often, I was just inspired I suppose, but it took me a while filling in all the little lines and such.

I know what you mean! It took a long time didn't it?! I have pages of that same kind of stuff that I did in my early twenties...I would start with one point on a piece of paper and draw one line...never ending until the page was completely filled...I call them Eternal Doodles.
Very interesting work! thumbsup.gif I am interested in the frame of mind you were in during this period. Care to share?

Well my frame of mind was listening to Creed's song "Never Die" (which explains the words) and I had drawn the clock and the eyes a bit earlier, not as complex a drawing before, just mindless doodling in class trying to figure a thing for my band (consisting of just me but I play guitar/sing so it works I suppose) and I had named the band "Deathwatch" so I wanted to do something with a clock, the eyes reminded me of Marilyn Manson's eyes, which are the only thing I really like about him is the different color eyes which he does with contacts, I thought that was cool. The clock's numbers are all "13" which of course is supposed to be an unlucky number. A lot of thoughts went into this and it came out like this. Something similar I've done, which I'll take a picture of and post, is with a cap for a bottle of water, traced endless circles, and colored them in diffferent colors. Simple art there but it ended up looking interesting.
