This may very well be the way to explain how they managed to build such magnificent monuments as the stonehenge and other constructions around the world made of huge stones:

Wally Wallington has demonstrated that he can lift a Stonehenge-sized pillar weighing 22,000 lbs and moved a barn over 300 ft. What makes this so special is that he does it using only himself, gravity, and his incredible ingenuity.

ALRIGHT! NOW WE KNOW HOW TO BUILD A PYRAMID! What are they going to think of next? That was a waste of good mind! The time it took him to figure all of that out could have been spent in finding the best way to feed 5000. No, wait, Jesus figure that out. No refridgerators or ovens or plates or mixing bowls. No wind turbines to attract 5000 quail, no shotguns, or slingshots. He could have figured out how to catch fish without a fishing pole. Wait, Jesus figured that one out too. Well, he could have figure out how to heal just by touch. Yeah, you're right, Jesus figured that out too. Here's one! How not to knock yourself out when you fall down and hit your head on concrete, yeah. We can all study on that. A little trial and error. wacko.gif

The video certainly shows that Wally has figured out how to manuever large blocks around once they are in position. But that still doesn't explain how those large stones, like the Stonehenge stones, were transported tens of miles, up and down hillsides. Wally probably cast his blcoks on site or had a huge tractor place them in that field.

He did do a good job of turning the blocks, lifting them and planting them. Good Video.

I believe people are still not sure how he did all that.

I heard he once had a truck pull around to the castle, when he was moving the castle, and he had the truck driver go around the other side of his house and when the driver came back a few minutes latter, he had loaded a multi-ton stone onto the flat bed by himself with no tractor or visible tools. Amazing.

I was thinking the same thing. I mean, that one monument is only as tall as him. Stonehenge is much larger. Still a very neat video though.

Movie 1 from the photo gallery gives the answer.

http://www.crystalinks.com/coralcastle.html shows the same picture in greater detail.

An amazing love story, but how light do you think coral is? What is coral? Coral is eggs, calcium carbonate. Very very light. I am not taking away from the awesome feat of carving and the alignments and it is a testimony to the knowledge that Masons have of stellar alignments but it also is a testimony to the amount of lies that grow around a simple feat that took him 30 years to build. A 9 ton gate that a child can open with the finger, yeah right. Vortex and magnetism is even better. Secret? Nah...
But it does show what kind of mind you can have if you think. You can build some amazing things.

Regarding the moving of the stones: actually he do show how to move giant blocks off stone by pushing them over a sort of ramp that makes them run on their own, no reason they couldnt do that over large distances as well.. He also shows how to get the blocks high up and place them on top of eachother. ANd he does all of this alone. Imagine what hundreds of people working together could do with methods like this or similar ones. I think its a very plauible solution to how many stones where moved and put in place in ancient days, at least its probably very close. In any case he contributed with an interesting theory and possible solution to some of these ancient stone mysteries and should be given credits for that.

Nice work mate.

Oh and the coral castle thing is pretty cool too, seen it before. But as far I remember he only worked at night and when people didnt watch so he didnt really show how it was done... If my memory serves me correct. So it could've been done in many ways with many solutions.

Coral Castle: I've actually been there. That gate? Yah pushing it open with a finger my right bum cheek! It took me pushing with all my might to move it the day we were there. My tour guide made some quip about how I needed to eat my Wheaties ( He is ON MY LIST!) but I don't see how a child could have opened it. However, it is....really really cool to be there. You get in and you just marvel at everything around you. It really does look like something out of the Flintstones movie. Oh and that heart table? Yah um there is no way in heck that thing is lighter than they say it is. When you sit down at it, the tour guide dares you to try and lift it. C.C Then again, apparently I need to eat my Wheaties more often.

Stonehenge Remake: That............is............................killer! Unfortunately, I've seen it all before, seen it all before. Wasn't there another like ten people that have come up with alternate theories as to how Stonehenge was built? I could swear I've been watching things like this on the Discovery channel for at least the last 10 years. I even remember one that was actually out in the hill side there in England that was led by a history professor and a physics professor. They did it pretty well too. Only moved one stone but they used historically accurate tools (though um...I'm 100% positive not historically accurate for the Stonehenge period) and technology. Still! Pretty fascinating stuff!

And the guy who said it should be called Stonehenge Reloaded should be shot before he breeds. disgust.gif innocent.gif
